We’re getting closer and closer to the end of the year, but the music industry isn’t on holiday just yet. We’re still getting new albums this week from metalcore/punk acts like Atreyu, pop-punk/emo band Have Mercy, and an EP from singer-songwriter/alternative artist John-Robert.
And we’ve got major singles dropping from rock royalty like Green Day, The Killers, Laura Jane Grace and Guns N’ Roses! Idles simmer down on their new track, while Brother Bird pays tribute to Nada Surf on two covers. Matisyahu has dropped another reggae banger, while Old Heavy Hands keeps breaking our hearts with their new music. There’s even a new track from veteran pop-punks Showoff. Britrock vets The Vaccines and The Libertines are both showing up strong with their new songs.
Up and coming bands like Dave Hause, Missio, Wishy, Runnner, 408, San Fermin, Mae Krell, Adrianne Lenker, Maeve Steele, S/J and Newmoon are also premiering new songs this week. Acts making their first appearances in our list this week include Asia Chow, The Speakeasy, Vinly Station, Asha Jefferies, Mall Girl, Stephie James, Cadet Carter, Johnny Manchild and the Poor Bastards and Night Windows.
Listen to all of these tunes in our New Music Friday Playlist!
