Like many of the artists coming out these days, Sara Diana kept her bio light, letting her music, her passion, speak for her. As she continues to work on her first album, last year she released the stunning single “Growing Pains”.
A piano-led pop rock ballad, Diana’s deep and powerful voice adds tinges of blues and jazz flavor to the song. The song finds Diana looking back at happier memories, like watching Disney channel every Halloween for the holiday specials, and grieving the loss of these times as life changes. Ultimately, the song is about coming to terms and finding peace with the young dreamer you were, and hoping they would be proud of who you’ve become.
