We’re in the thick of summer now, and we’ve got some great new tunes to soundtrack your sunny days. Some of you may enjoy some the summer pop rock sounds of the new Haim album or Raynes EP, or the alt/folk rock of Mo Lowda & the Humble (check out our review of it here). Others may be more feeling the energetic, anthemic pop-punk of Yungblud or Felicity. And if you want something even harder, there’s the new EP from En Masse to rage to (read our review of it here).
Beloved pop-punk band Motion City Soundtrack have returned with their first new song in years, along with an announcement for their new album coming in September. Awesome veteran alt rock bands Cold War Kids and The Hives each have new songs out, as do incredible up-and-coming bands like Sun Room and Wargirl. We have the third single from We Are Scientists‘ next album, and the second one from Ben Nichols‘ solo album. 2025 break-out act Sombr is going to continue his chart dominance with his latest track, while the Black Keys are keeping their flames ignited dropping another track.
