I think it’s about time for some summer music. To some, that may be the Dave Matthews Band, who tend to do big tours during this season, and this time, they are going out with their first new album in many years. There’s also a new Get Up Kids EP, and albums from indie rockers Gruff Rhys and Bob Schneider.
The most summery of the new singles this week is from 88rising, the collective of (mostly) Asian rap/hip-hop stars, that includes Joji, Rich Brian and the High Brothers. Not so summery but just as awesome is the new rocker from Thrice. We also have some new Gorillaz, Madisen Ward & the Momma Bear, Dispatch, Dagny and Norah Jones.
