New Music Friday Playlist – November 29, 2019
Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. The day following is usually a slow one for new music releases (fine with us, as it gives us a chance to catch up). It’s also the last one of November, and the last release day we consider albums for our Best of 2019 lists.
The only new album we’ll be giving a spin to is from rapper The Game, who has from day one been a step above some of his fellow early 00’s rappers with his keen melodic tastes.
Some of the other tracks that came out this week I’m looking forward to hearing are new ones from Canadian punks Billy Talent, Scottish songwriter Gerry Cinnamon, British alternative group Cornershop, and some fresh soul from Lee Fields and the Expressions. We also get new pop from Kesha, folk from Brad Byrd, rock from AWOLNATION, and the latest from Norah Jones.
Stream these and morebelow, or follow our NMF Playlist above.
