The Walkmen frontman Hamilton Leithauser has shared his latest solo album, and based on the singles, it’ll be a stand-out. Speaking of solo, Jason Isbell has released a new album, sans the 400 Unit. Bob Mould has been rocking things solo for a while now, and if you read my review of his new album, you’ll know he’s doing it better than ever. UK rockers The Wildhearts have returned with a new line-up and new album of fist-pumping rock n’ roll. Finally, we have the new EP from NorCal band Skip the Needle (read my review of it here).
TV on the Radio‘s Tunde Adebimpe has shared the third single from his upcoming debut solo album (we’ll have a review of that one in the near future for ya). Lucius‘ new album is also coming soon, and they keep getting our expectations up with the release of new songs like this week’s. Tash Sultana‘s latest keeps the dreamy vibes going, while Me Like Bees‘ provide more awesome alternative rock. Site friend Dan Mangan announced a new album and dropped a new single
Tune-Yards are back with their unique brand of alt pop music, and Daisy the Great announced their upcoming third album with a new single. Elton John & Brandi Carlile‘s collaboration continues with another new song, and if you want some good old fashioned hard rock, check out the latest singles from Volbeat, Spiritbox and L.A. Guns!
