The mighty Afghan Whigs have returned with two banging covers, as has Tori Amos with her take on a Springsteen classic. Veteran Britpop band Cast have another new feel-good anthem for us, and Yamhaus have one more uplifting song before the year is done. Mumford & Sons have dropped the title track from their upcoming album, and we’ve got one more from Michael Marcagi. Gorillaz have teamed up with Omar Souleyman and Yasiin Bey for their latest drop, and The Format have shared the third single from their anticipated new LP.
We’re welcoming back Deep Sea Camels, Golden Vultures, GUV, Elle Belle, SOEN, Perfect Buzz, Jordan Maye, The Lowest Pair, Sikarus, Boy & Bear, honestav, Chris Ballew, Jay Malinowski, Andy Frasco & The U.N. and the great Nas (sampling the classic Steve Miller Band).
