You would think artists would slow down their releases as the year closes up, but no one told all the bands below. The most interesting new albums this week are from beach pop-punks Travoltas, reggae punks Authority Zero, pop singer/songwriter LP, and Americana rocker Charley Crockett. There’s also a new album from NWA alum Ice Cube, which I’m sure will be the musical equivalent to a hard smack to the face to our current administration.
The biggest single release is a comeback from ska legends The Specials, preparing for their new album coming out in February. Broken Bells have returned with a new single as well. There’s a new drop from mega-producer Benny Blanco feat. rapper Juice WRLD and Panic! at the Disco‘s Brendon Urie, and Bastille have decided another collaboration may spark another hit, so have released a song with Seeb.
All this and more great tracks to check out below.
