Tel Aviv based indie pop duo Lola Marsh formed in 2013, and released their first EP at the start of January 2016. After touring North America and Europe, the group released their follow-up in 2017, receiving critical acclaim and attention from multiple media sources, and gaining attention in Hollywood, with a song included in Better Call Saul.
And that acclaim is of course well-deserved. The duo transcend various sounds and styles effortlessly, from playful folk pop (“Wishing Girl”) to girl group surf rock (“Echoes”) to the moody, haunting torch song “She’s a Rainbow”, which Lana Del Rey would be bummed she didn’t write first.
