Happy Friday everyone. I’m excited for this one, as today brings us the first OFFICIAL solo album from the Afghan Whigs/Twilight Singers‘ frontman Greg Dulli. I have been a big fan of Dulli’s work for years, so have been looking forward to this once since its announcement. The same goes for Matthew Good, who has released his latest album today. This Friday also gives us the latest album of sunny pop punk rock from Best Coast, and the return of hard rock dark god Ozzy Osbourne.
In songs, we get a mix of new tracks from heavy hitters like Pearl Jam, The 1975, Bon Jovi, Alanis Morrisette, Willie Nelson and The Strokes, with indie darlings like Archers of Loaf, Glass Animals, Mt. Joy and Josh Ritter, and up-and-coming acts like Mo Lowda and the Humble, Local Nomad, and Hot Mulligan.
