And we’re done with February! In just these two months of 2020, we’ve already received so much great music, it’s hard to believe. Yet, more keeps coming!
The only album we’ll be play listing this week is the latest from indie rock songstress Soccer Mommy. But as always, there are plenty of new singles that deserve attention.
The first one is the first group single from Doomtree in over half a decade, and it finds the rap collective back in fine form. Our former Bad Ass Break-Out star McKinley Dixon has dropped a new banger as well. Pop rapper Bryce Vine has a new one out, as does African reggae/rap star Burna Boy.
Another indie rock songstress, Phoebe Bridgers, has returned with her first solo single since her debut album (after collaboration projects Boy Genius and Better Oblivion Community Center). This one will pair nicely with the latest from New Zealand pop rock duo The Naked and Famous, as well as emo songwriter Car Seat Headrest.
Gorillaz have the second drop from their new Song Machine project, and the Suicide Machines continue their comeback with more ska-punk goodness. Vampire Weekend have released b-sides from their recent double album,
