So things are really really nuts right now. Most of us are quarantining ourselves at home, entire industries are shut down, and people are really struggling. We are a simple music site, sharing tracks and tunes we love, often from up-and-coming acts who need all the support they can get.
While we still want you to take a listen to all the new tunes in the playlist below, also consider buying merch from the artists you like, and also donating to any number of charities out there that are helping people from all walks of life during these trying times (like Project Angel Food ).
So some of the music you’ll be finding in our playlist today are the new albums by folk singer-songwriter Sea Wolf (read our review of it here) and indie rockers Silver Torches, and a surprise EP from macabre punks Alkaline Trio.
Hayley Williams dropped a new song from the second part of her Petals for Armor album, featuring background vocals from boygenius. Other new tracks dropped today from pop-punks New Found Glory and All Time Low, folk songwriter Northcote, R&B star John Legend, UK rockers Nothing but Thieves, and roots rockers American Aquarium.
