New Music Friday – December 4, 2020

2020 may be ending, but the music keeps on coming! The first weekend of December is bringing us one of the biggest New Music Fridays we’ve had in a long while.

For fans of punk and punk-inspired music, you’ll have plenty to pogo to this weekend. British rocker Yungblud‘s latest LP is finally here, after releasing singles beginning last summer. Red City Radio are back with a new album of barroom bangers, and ska-punk veterans Goldfinger have dropped their first new album in many a moon. The Network (aka Green Day) have pushed out their raucous new LP. For those of you wanting something with a little more twang, singer-songwriter Langhorne Slim‘s newest album should fill that void. Lastly, we’ll be checking out the debut LP from local indie garage vixen Veronica Bianqui.

Two new EPs we’ll be enjoying; the latest from site friend Matthew Ryan, and L.A. Edwards, who most recently opened for Lucero during their two-night livestream show. Speaking of Lucero, they’re dropping the second single from their upcoming next album today. Some other notable new songs have come in from Jack Johnson, Jenny Lewis, The Hu, The Hold Steady, Greta Van Fleet, Chance the Rapper, Amy Shark and New Found Glory.

There’s a whole lot more, but you’ll have to listen to our New Music Friday Playlist to discover them!
