When it comes to Christmas music, I am sick of most of it (aren’t we all?). You know that many songs get overplayed when there are literally games created around when someone may or may not hear a song for the first time during the season – Whamageddon, anyone?
Due to this, I go out of my way to try and find songs that aren’t generally played on the radio, because I do want some fun holiday music, but I want something new. I was thrilled last year when I discovered that The Darkness had released a song for the season! It’s a really lovely song as well. “Christmas Time (Don’t Let the Bells End)” could be considered a Christmas banger. I really enjoy that I have this song to add to my Christmas listens year after year now.
