Happy August! We’re in the last month of true summer, and we’ve got some hot new releases for you today.
One of the best ska-punk bands around, The Iron Roses, have dropped their second full-length album. This is a group you need to hear, so don’t waste time and queue it up. And after earning their first RIAA gold single last week, The Mountain Goats are dropping their latest excellent new album (the second one this year). Role Model’s new album will be a make-or-break for the up-and-coming artist (we’re betting on ‘make’). We’re also sharing the new EPs from pop-punk vets Rufio and alt-rockers Mac Luster.
New school pop-punk artist Alemeda gets an assist from Fousheé on her new single, while Brandon Flowers‘ country excursion continues with the third single from his new album. Weezer have shared a message from the ‘CEO’, while Petey USA is doing ‘the opposite.’ Alabama Shakes are bringing us to their ‘garden,’ while The Linda Lindas have ‘blood on their hands.’
