Dominique Fils-Aimé is in the midst of the American part of her global tour. Her music sits at the intersection of jazz, soul, and blues, dipping its toes into the French and English languages, with a nod to mother Africa. Last February, the Montreal singer-songwriter released her fifth studio album, My World Is The Sun.
A voice of Dominique’s caliber requires an elegant setting to receive it. And this tour has Dominique playing in jazz clubs and grand hotels all over the world. Soon she will be coming to West Hollywood, California, to play at The Sun Rose. This venue is nestled into a new hotel (formerly known as the House of Blues) with around 100-150 seats for intimate performances. The Sun Rose features sweeping views of the city of stars, top-of-line sound engineering, and (the true Angeleno gift of) affordable valet parking.

In September, Dominique will play Seattle, Denver, and New York, and close out the summer in Philadelphia before she makes her way to Europe this Autumn.
Tickets are available here for her upcoming show in Los Angeles. And here for the other spots on her tour.
