New Music Friday

It’s the last Friday of March, meaning we are done with the first quarter of 2018. There’s been some amazing music released these last few months, and today brings us a couple new albums I’m very excited about. First is Brit rock group The Vaccine‘s latest, Combat Sports, as well as the new one from Jukebox the Ghost. I’ve really enjoyed most of the singles I’ve heard from both albums, so they should be strong listens. I’ll also be trying out the new one from Stroke‘s frontman’s Julian Casablancas’ side project, The Voidz.

In songs, there’s a good array of new jams: pop singles from CHVRCHES, Lauv and James Bay; folk and folk rock from Lord Huron, Martin Simpson and Natalie Prass; punk/emo tracks from The Lawrence Arms and Manchester Orchestra; and however you want to categorize Plan B, he usually comes through with solid tunes.

The full listing of new tunes below. Enjoy!
