New Music Friday Playlist – May 10, 2019
Something for everyone today. First, after eight long years, singer-songwriter A.A. Bondy is back with a new album. Joining them is veteran emo punks The Get Up Kids, and indie pop upstarts Charly Bliss. Rounding them out is a new EP from James Bay.
The big single of the week is from blink-182. After a noisy tour announcement with Lil’ Wayne, the pop punk kings put out their first song from their yet-to-be-titled new album. Other things worth checking out this weekend; new ones from CA rockers Phantom Planet, Japanese pop-metal group BabyMetal, British rapper Skepta, Mary J. Blige with Nas, Major Lazer with Skip Marley, surf punks Tijuana Panthers, retro pop singer Haley Reinhart, and previous Check This artist Dude York.
So you should all find something you dig on the latest list. Link at the top of the page, or sample some tunes below.
