It’s not too often you hear organic covers of Daft Punk, but that’s exactly what South African guitarist Brendan Adams took on with his take on the electronic duo’s “Around the World”.
Adams’ gentle, finger-picked guitar and laidback, jazzy vocals transform the club jam into a breezy, coffee house burner. His interpretation brings to the surface the track’s romantic soul, and comforts like a warm blanket on a cold night.
